Meg's Scrumptious Cheesecake

1 1/2 Cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 Cup sugar
5 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese
1
3/4 Cups Sugar
3Tablespoons All Purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
1/4 Cup Heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

For Crust: Combine Graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into 9" or 10" springform pan and bake 5 min. at 350.

Filling: Cream together the cream cheese and 1 3/4 cups sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour, vanilla and lemon rind. Fold in whipping cream.

Pour filling into baked crust. Bake at 500 for 5 to 8 minutes.

Reduce heat to 200 and bake for one hour (may need another 20 minutes or so to make sure it is set.
Turn off oven and leave cake in for another hour. Allow to cool in refrigerator. Remember, all cheesecakes crack.

Serve with your favorite toppings, or serve plain.
