BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE
Ingredients:

32 oz. bag Frozen Hash Browns, we like shredded

1 10 1/2 oz. Cream of Chicken soup

1 pint Sour Cream

2 cups shredded cheddar or velveeta cheese

1/3 cup onions -- chopped fine

1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp pepper
-
3/4 cup melted butter or margerine
-
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Mix
together hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper
and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into 13 X 9 X 2 baking
dish. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup butter with crushed corn flakes
and top mixture evenly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
